Cancellation & Refund Policy

IndaPoint is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction with all web, mobile, and AI development services. Please review our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Project cancellations must be requested in writing via your dedicated project manager or by email to [email protected].
  • The request should include your project name, contract number, cancellation reason, and desired outcome.
  • IndaPoint will acknowledge your cancellation request, review its status, and provide written confirmation.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs before work begins, minus any transaction or administrative fees.
  • After Project Commencement: Refunds are calculated based on the phase and percentage of work completed, project management services provided, and expenses incurred (labor, licenses, third-party fees).
  • Completed Projects: Projects that are fully delivered and accepted by the client are not eligible for refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party software licenses, domain registrations, cloud subscriptions, or technical integrations already procured are non-refundable.
  • Consulting hours, strategy planning, and prototyping completed before cancellation are not refundable.
  • Customized services (e.g., AI models, unique code, integrations) already developed for your project.

4. Refund Process

  • Valid refund requests are processed within 14 business days after final review by IndaPoint management.
  • Approved refunds will be transferred using the original payment method.
  • You will be notified via email about the status and amount of your refund.

5. Exclusions and Force Majeure

  • No refunds for delays or service interruptions caused by unforeseen events (natural disasters, government actions, technical failures beyond our control).
  • Refunds are void if the client is found to be in breach of contract or involved in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activity.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • All disagreements must be sent in writing to [email protected] and will be resolved under the laws of Gujarat, India.
