By accessing IndaPoint’s website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone engaging services from IndaPoint. Acceptance is indicated by your use of the site or signature on service contracts.

2. Services Offered

  • IndaPoint provides web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, cloud integration, consulting, and related IT services as per project agreements.

3. Service Engagement and Contracts

  • All work is governed by written proposals, signed service agreements, and project scopes.
  • No work shall commence without formal contract and agreed advance payment.

4. Payments, Fees, & Invoicing

  • Payments must be made per project milestones, via agreed payment channels (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
  • Late payments may result in suspension, delayed delivery, or additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

  • Upon full payment, client owns rights to custom-developed deliverables, except for IndaPoint proprietary frameworks, libraries, and third-party assets.
  • Use of sample code, design templates, or AI models may be subject to licensing or separate agreement.

6. User Obligations

  • You agree not to misuse, republish, or exploit IndaPoint’s content, technology, or intellectual property without written consent.
  • You shall provide accurate project input and timely feedback to facilitate successful delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • IndaPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from site use or delivered services.
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

8. Confidentiality

  • All information exchanged during the project is treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information to third parties.

9. Termination

  • IndaPoint may suspend or terminate services for breach of contract, failure to pay, misuse, or unlawful behavior.
  • Clients may terminate contracts subject to cancellation policy and payment of outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. All disputes will be resolved in Vadodara courts.

11. Amendments and Notices

  • IndaPoint may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and ongoing use implies acceptance.
