Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Save Time & Money by Streamlining Your Application Process
Tired of your Current Applicant Tracking System?
Are you buried by your current hiring system? Do you have filing cabinets overflowing with faxed and emailed resumes and applications? Does hiring and recruiting eat up so much of your time that you seem to never have time left for more important HR functions such as training and development of employees? Have you looked into an Applicant Tracking System in the past only to find that most are geared toward bigger businesses both in their complexity and pricing?
What is ATS?
ATS™ is an Applicant Tracking System built to help small to medium sized companies create a faster, simpler, and more effective hiring process. Our goal is to rid you of your filing cabinets full of paper applications and email accounts filled with resume spam. Our system was created specifically for businesses with employee counts from 20 to 2000, and is priced accordingly. ATS™ was designed to provide a simple yet effective hiring system that would be easy to use, inexpensive to operate, and yet still provide the features and tools that smaller businesses need.
How Does it Work?
We provide you with your own unique url that we design to match your company brand. We customize your application to match your current application questions. We load up your site with all of your current job openings, recruiting sources, departments, and adjust the settings to work with your unique company structure. When we launch your site, usually within 3 business days, it will be ready to start accepting applications and completely replace your paper application process. All of this is accomplished with less than 2 hours of time spent on the part of your HR manager, and we provide theses services for a free 30 day trial. Should you decide to purchase ATS™ after the 30 day trial, there will be no set up fee; only a low monthly or annual fee for the use of our system. (less than the cost of one good newspaper ad)
