Job boards, Job websites, Job Portals, Groups and Internet on larger view have crated enormous opportunity for an employer to reach millions of potential candidates with few clicks.

Though you receive hundreds of resumes in single day, it leads to more chaos. Unorganized and irrational information become useless and you are not able to reach where you intend to do.   2. How many jobs are still open?
  3. How many candidates are selected?
  4. How many interviews are scheduled?
  5. How many candidates we have in database with experience for than 10 years?
  6. How many candidates we have in database with specific speculation, skills etc?
  7. Who is a best recruiter?
